At / In / On (time)

Good evening!

TOEIC test is coming. Oh! so stress.... Thai people sometimes have difficulty using a correct word. Please read following examples.

We use:
- at for the time of day : at 5 o'clock, at midnight, at lunchtime, at sunset etc.
- on for days and dates : on Friday, on Fridays, on Dec 5, 0n Christmas day etc.
- in for longer periods (months, years, season) : in October, in 2008, in the winter, in the Middle Age, in the 18th century, in the past etc.

We use at in the expressions:
at night, at the weekend, at weekends, at Christmas (but on Christmas day), at Easter, at the moment, at present, at the same time

Lucky in TOEIC test.
Madam Li
