You can remember them by this Thai poem;
มี intend คู่กับ wish อีก want hope
ไม่ควรโลภ ask request หรือ beg ขอ
try arrange พร้อม agree ให้ดีพอ
plan เข้าหนอ remember เธอจงจำ
อย่า forget หรือ refuse ต้อง advise
permit ไป ตามที่ tell และ warn พร่ำ
allow care forbid ไป สนใจจำ
manage คำ promise ไว้ใส่ใจเอย

I have some examples, please see below:
- I ask TT to pick me up at 05.00.
- Who taught you drive a car?
- She remind me to call our boss.
- The hospital invite him to attend semina.
By the way, we should remember that "help" is not necessary to follow with "to". We can say "Please help me to move this table" or "Please help me move this table". Both sentences are correct. You can use either.
